We have lived here for nearly two years and my family and I are happy here. The units are good size and kept in good condition. The location is convenient to many stores, parks, and schools. The on-site pool and gym are terrific amenities. Service is prompt and responsive, and we like our neighbors.

Awesome - great people, great homes. The kids can play outside safely - and enjoy doing so. The neighbors are friendly, as is the staff. The location is great, across from College Gardens Elementary School, which is a pretty good school too. In short - it's great!

Nice and safe place for family with affordable rent. Great swimming pool and tons of playgrounds for kids,pleasant neighborhood. Five stars for maintenance team- always fast and helpful. Office staff is very friendly.
